REFUND POLICY
If you get hair not as your requirements which we agreed before, we are pleased to offer a return policy:
***We accept return on unopened hair extensions within ten (10) days after receiving your order.
About the product
***Be sure that items must be in its original state (as received).
***We do not refund shipping charges for orders returned.
***Customers must contact us prior to sending your return.
***The brokerage fees to clear the return parcel is $50/kg
* Customers are responsible for all return or exchange shipping costs.
P/S: Customers will receive photos/videos of their order to confirm before shipping. We suggest you deep conditioner the hair the same as the video we sent to get the best result
We still accept a return if you only wash/comb/deep conditioner as we understand that you need to check out the hair. We do not accept a return for the hair that has already been made into a wig.
About the shipping back
- You must contact with us before returning and only use shipment we give
- You must take care to ensure that the goods are properly packed so that they will not be damaged while in transit. If the product is found damaged or used beyond what it takes for us to reasonably inspect it, then we may reject an exchange or refund.
- Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address for their order at the time of ordering.
About Money back
- Customers only receive money back after we receive the product back here.
- Customers receive money of hair cost (Not include any shipping cost)
- In exchange customers will pay for all shipping and we only make again order after we receive
- Customers will pay tax here if it has when we receive the product send back
